Artist
Artists are the brushes that bring the worlds envisioned by Art Directors to life. Using 2D and 3D software, they concept and create characters, stories and environments until everything looks just perfect. Artists work with Computer Engineers to develop tools for rendering art. At the end of the day, they also have to liaise with Producers to deliver the game on time, and in scope.

A master storyteller and stickler for details, the Game Designer ensures a game is true to legacy while focusing on jaw-dropping design features. They’re often seen shuffling from department to department, engaging varying people to ensure consistency and quality above all, and usually towing the odd junior designer in their wake.

The Engineer comes in a rainbow of fun flavours including: Tools Software Engineer, Animation Engineer, Build Engineer, Gameplay Engineer, Graphics Engineer, Network Engineer, Senior Generalist Engineer, Technical Documentation Engineer and UI Engineer. These everyday geniuses act as architects for games and their features, all while keeping on top of new techniques. Games are constantly faster, better, and more complex — and so are our engineers.

To the Audio Producer, no tweeter is sharp enough, no woofer is deep enough, and no explosion is ... explosion-y enough. They are the game's conductor, scoring music, SFX and sound to bring the vision of the Art Director to life. When not selecting sounds, Audio Designers are busy cooking up ways to make their own, with internal audio design and implementation tools.

Organized and a big fan of coffee, the Producer watches the budget and timeline, while ensuring successful delivery of games to the highest standards of quality and creativity. They are efficient, meticulous and experts at both communications and managing expectations.
