Question 2 – The Victim was Shot from outside the Ferris Wheel Car. How did the investigator knew that?
Answer – The investigator knew that the victim was shot from outside of the Ferris wheel, because of the hole in the glass.

Question 3 – Where was the shooter?
Answer – The shooter was inside of the helicopter. This is known because the helicopter is at the same height as the Ferris wheel car.

Question 4 – Who cued the shooter to fire at the victim?
Answer – The gang members giving angry looks from the next car over are the ones who cued the shooter to fire at the victim.
